He oversees the corporate organization and strategic direction of the company, with a focus on leadership, operational alignment, and long-term growth. His work includes guiding executive leadership, supporting organizational structure, and ensuring effective coordination of personnel and resources to drive operational success and uphold Bestway’s standards of service and performance.
Elsy oversees the administration of the company to include long-term strategic planning, compliance, payroll, recruiting, human resources, and all administrative functions, while delegating responsibilities as needed and managing personnel. Her role includes overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, providing administrative direction and support to field leadership, maintaining internal organization and consistency, and supporting executive leadership with high-level administrative needs. She works closely with the President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as executive leadership, to support operational alignment, accountability, and the company’s continued growth.
Marc oversees contract execution to ensure contractual requirements, defined deliverables, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations are met, along with industry and client standards. His role supports accountability, consistency, and alignment with customer expectations across operations. His work includes reviewing contract documents and scopes of work, tracking performance requirements, supporting required reporting and documentation, and identifying potential compliance risks. He partners closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure contract obligations are clearly understood and executed.
Danaly supports the Director of Administration with human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and employee file management, while also handling administrative responsibilities. Her work includes supporting day-to-day HR processes, maintaining accurate records, assisting with compliance documentation, and providing daily administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team to help ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Bestway Services’ Project Management Team provides direct oversight of field operations within their assigned areas. The team is responsible for daily supervision of janitorial staff, staffing coverage, quality control, and ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, company standards, and client expectations.
